Central location, easy access to spa facilities, modern decor
Parking can be hard to locate, heavy noise from the street!!! A lack of sufficient bathroom storage for toiletries is surprising for a boutique hotel!!!

The hotel was spotlessly clean with amazing and delicious breakfast selections. The staff - amazingly attentive and helpful. Great food served, like muffins and hot chocolate. Perfect location for our visit to Killarney Town at a short distance from the venue. Really good stay for one night, nothing to complain about.

Suitable accommodation for celebrations. Chic-style building, well-kept and brand-new rooms with an elevated level, separate shower, as example.

everything was great, probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Definitely above your average 4 star hotel. Huge bed, nice bathroom, everything refurbished with style, fridge & coffee pot in the room. Excellent breakfast - I had pancakes with strawberries and cream every day (besides other stuff). Would definitely recommend!

This boutique hotel suits me perfectly. With great Wi-Fi, a lovely lounge area, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast, it offers everything I need. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with taxi arrangements on my first stay. Definitely returning for another trip!

The units were brand-new and the staff were top-class and caring people in the nicest possible manner. The location was nice in a busy area, just next door to the main restaurant, the champagne/cocktail bar and restaurants are located.

We enjoyed a scenic boat trip across the lakes and made memories visiting the iconic Ross Castle. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful .
In my wife's opinion, having more kid-friendly dining options would be great.

Staff were very nice & the hotel decor was amazing. Pics online are what drew me to this hotel & I wasn't disappointed. Hotel was in a great location.Glad we had only booked for two nights though as Killarney doesn't have much to offer for a young couple on a romantic break!!
Downside was the continous 'jazzy lift music' being played all the time..trying too hard to create an ambience when it was just plain irritating! Contemporary & up to date music would have been more welcoming. Also there were no special touches in the plain room..thought it was just very basic considering the thought that had been put into the decor of the hotel itself.

I loved its central location and funky design. The food and fabulous cocktails in The Lane bar was scrumptious...the best Pina Colada I ve tasted outside of Cuba!!
